Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager (Admin)

Job Responsibility:

• Will be responsible for- to create, maintain and keep updating admin policies in the organization and take improvement measures if needed.
• Will be responsible for organizing and managing events in the organization.
• Will be responsible for developing IMS system in the organization.
• Must handle to design and implement accordingly various MIS related policies.
• Will be responsible for keeping workplace clean and hygienic.
• Will have responsibility to keep workplace aesthetic as per demand.
• Must prepare various MIS reports for the best interest of the company.
• Will be responsible for training supporting staff of the organization.
• Will have responsibility to coordinate with hr dept for organizing employee entertainment function as per demand.
• Will be responsible for Workplace security management
• Will be responsible for various building maintenance activities throughout the year.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent Verbal Communication.
• Ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
• Strong leadership and initiative skills.
• To procure and maintain office equipment as per organization’s policy.
