Company Description:  This is an insurance broking company which is providing services in commercial insurance segment.

Location: Indore, MP

Candidate Roles and Responsibility

• He/she will be responsible for regulatory compliances by IRDAI for brokers including financial and non-financial reporting
• He/she will be responsible for Strategy and Management: Formulate business strategies, customer acquisition and retention, Team building, cost management, analysis and assessment of revenue goals, Training and development.
• He/she will be responsible for Administration and Operations: Ensure day-to-day operations of HO run smoothly.
• He/she will be responsible for manage sales, policy placement, data management, negotiations with business partners.

Experience: 5+ years as a Principal Officer in a Commercial sector of an Insurance Company
