Job Roll: Chief Executive Officer in Insurance Broking Firm

• Business operations to ensure efficiency, exceptional customer service and cost-effective management of resources.
• Ensure the organization has a deep understanding of industry trends and explore and engage market opportunities.
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the organization’s mission and objectives that promotes and achieves revenue, profitability, and growth goals of all business lines
• Ensure growth is achieved in ethical and profitable manner.
  Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against the approved budgets
• Approve operational procedures, policies, and standards.
  Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the senior management team; provide guidance, development and training to direct reports and foster individual development.
• Act as an ambassador of the organization in a manner aligned with the organization’s values, ensuring it is well positioned in the insurance marketplace.
• Innovative and results-driven organization. Other duties as achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the organization.

Required Experience: minimum 5 year

Qualification: Compulsory Education
